Keys to an achievable outcome

1. What specifically do I want.
I want to be able to manage my mind and significantly improve my career, finances, health, relationships, and the level of happiness I enjoy on a regular basis.

2. Specify Present situation
On a scale of 1-10 I am currently an 8 in my relationships. A 2-3 in my career, a 6 in my finances, and a 4 in my health.

3. Specify outcome: What will I see, feel and hear when I have it?
Each area of my life will be enhanced. For instance, I will enjoy my career more and be more productive. I will lose weight, have more energy and be internally healthy.

4. Specific Evidance Proceedure.
I will know when I have it by setting realistic goals in each area of my life, focusing on one goal at a time, and achieving my milestones for each goal.

5. Is it Congruently desirable?
It will allow me to focus on what is most important in my life, and to really contribute to things that matter to me.

6. Is it self-initiated and self-maintained?
In general, my goals are for my benefit. However, the residual benefit extends to all the people that I have relationships with.

7. Is it appropriately contextualized?
I would like to look back on each area of my life after setting my goals and see that I am achieving major progress in all areas of my life. I will choose a goal that is most important to me and that will have the biggest impact on my life.

8. What are the resources that I need?
I currently have Mark Shepard, my coach, for specific questions. I have Modern Jedi workshop to learn NLP and to apply the techniques to my life. I have books, cd programs, and the internet for further references.

9. Is it ecological?
Ultimatly the reason I want to achieve happiness is because we only live once. I want to be able to create a life that I am proud of. A life of no regrets and tons of happiness. A life that continues to give even after I am gone and that can touch the lives of the people I love.
The wonderful thing about these areas of my life is that they will continue to evolve and change which will give me the opportunity to challenge myself and continue to make progress in the areas that are important to me.
Achieving this goal is the most worthy and ambisious goal I have undertaken. It will not be an easy task to make improvements in some areas. Yet, life is a process that can be continually enjoyed and improved.
